Pisa Bicycle Tours
This self-guided bicycle tour generally lasts 14 days, taking participants along scenic passages through the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. All packages include maps, accommodations, some dinners and information of the area. Bike rentals are available. Pick-up is available from Pisa Centrale Railway Station.
This tour starts in the walled city of Lucca and travels through to Pisa, with the leaning tower; heads through Volterra, with rich Medieval and Estruscan history and then stops in Siena, known as the "City of the Pailo".
From picturesque hilltop villages to the grand cities of Pisa, Florence and Sienna, this cycle tour captures the brilliance of the Tuscan communities, as well as the dreamy countryside. Participants of this weeklong tour should be able to cycle 81-96 kms (50-60 mi) per day. Luggage is transported with a van to all accommodations.
